Can I get prescription lenses installed in the frames I am about to purchase?
We can install any type of prescription lenses for your frames. We also offer all types of coatings
and tint colors for your lenses. Complete price list can be found below. Please place an
order online for the frames that you like, and then contact us by phone or email with your
prescription information. If you are unsure of the available options, please call us during normal
business hours EST, or email us 24 hours a day. Click Here to

Unfortunately we are unable to install Bi-focal and Progressive lenses. Fitting these lenses is
impossible without taking precise measurements, which are required for their installation.
Custom made lenses installed in your frames do not carry manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty applies
to frames only. Custom made and cut lenses can not be returned or exchanged. You can only return or
exchange the frames. It is possible for some lenses to be re-cut and installed in a different frame.
Lens color can also be changed for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service for
additional information.
What are your shipping charges?
We will ship all sunglasses and eyeglasses frames free of charge via United States Postal Service
anywhere in the United States. Additional charges may apply when shipping
to other parts of the world. Other shipping options are available to you, and
you can change them in your shopping cart. In addition, sometimes we offer
special coupons for Free Next Day Air shipping. Please check out coupons section
to see if there any coupons available. All other products are subject to our
regular shipping charges.
What kind of coupons do you offer, and where can I find them?
We offer 3 basic types of coupons:
- Free Next Day / 2nd Day air coupon
- % Off your entire purchase coupon
- $’s Off your entire purchase coupon
During holiday season you may find some of these coupons on our site in the
coupons section, located on the lower right corner of every page. Also we
regularly submit our coupons to other sites and partners. Customers who
wish to be on our mailing list (this option is available during the
registration process, or if you are already registered from the Account Info
page under Change Personal Information section) receive our coupons in the mail.
Only one coupon is allowed per purchase.
Do you offer gift certificates and how do I use them?
In order to protect our customers and according to the online credit
card processing laws, all gift certificates will expire one month after the
date of purchase.
We offer gift certificates in a large range of values. When you purchase a gift
certificate, we ask you for the email address to where you want this gift
certificate send. You also have an option to enter a name of a person, who you
are sending this gift certificate to, as well as your name and your brief message.
When you place an order containing one or more gift certificates, we will send an
email to an email address specified by you containing your message (if you choose
to do so) gift certificate number and the available amount. This email will also
contain a link, clicking which will automatically apply the gift certificate to
any purchase. In addition to that you will be able to see the gift certificate
tracking number while viewing your orders under Account Info section of our site.
When a person receives a gift certificate, he or she can use it exactly as paying
cash to purchase anything that we sell on our site. Gift certificates never expire
and can be used multiple times if there is an available balance left.
We do not charge sales tax on any gift certificate purchase; however sales
tax will be collected where applicable when purchasing items with a gift certificate.
You are not allowed to purchase a gift certificate with a gift certificate,
nor are you allowed to use any discount coupons when purchasing gift certificates.
But anybody who has our gift certificate is more than welcome to use any available
coupons in addition to their gift certificate.
Is the merchandize on your site authentic or replicas?
All merchandise on our site is 100% authentic. We do not sell any replicas.
All merchandize comes directly from manufactures in the exact packaging specified
by the manufactures. Quality and products are exactly the same as found in the
better eye wear stores.
Why ordering online is better than buying from my local store?
Buying online give you a unique opportunity to save money on quality merchandize.
Often overhead cost are a lot lower than at the retail store, and because of that
online merchants pass these savings to you – our customers. We always suggest
checking out products in your local retail store and then getting the exact
same model from us at substantial savings. If we do not have a particular

try to get it for you as soon as possible.

resistance requirements by over 40 times. Chances are your child won't be able
to break such strong lenses.
