EyeWearPalace.com will fix the prescription lenses as per customer agreement and using information that the
customer provided in the order. If by any reason the lenses installed are not the ones provided by customer's
prescription, we will replace the lenses at no charge for the right ones, if in fact it is corresponds
customer Rx then the installed lenses are non-refundable. There is no warranty of any kind for
prescription lenses; if the lenses came defective EyeWearPalace.com will replace the lenses at no charge
with the claim made by phone only within period of 5 business days after receiving the product.
All sales of the lenses are conducted over the phone only.
RETURN POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
If you need to exchange an item with EyeWearPalace.com due to damage,
dissatisfaction or an error, you may do so at any time, within 15 days of the
original invoice date. All Items are carefully inspected before they leave the
premises for their original condition. Call us at 1-888-777-7409
to obtain a return authorization number and tell us about your situation.
The customer service agent you speak to with will help determine the fastest
way to process your return.
Exchange or Credit will be issued only if the glasses will be received by us within
15 days from customer's original delivery date. Prior approval by Customer Service Representative
is a must.
It is important to notify us of problems as soon as possible. All returned, non-exchanged
merchandise will be charged a 20%
restocking & administrative fee.
Items can only be exchanged for equal or greater valued items. An $8.00 shipping and processing fee
for each exchanged item will be charged.
Please return your items via USPS Priority Mail Service. Delivery confirmation option
will insure that your item has been delivered. Without this, we can not guarantee credit
for your returned items. Please include a copy of your invoice with your shipment and
highlight the items you are returning. When we receive your return, we will process
the credit or exchange within 10-15 business days.
Please help us improve our service by noting the reason for your return in the
space provided on the front of our invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have placed an order with EyeWearPalace.com and, for any reason,
decide to cancel your order, you may do so without penalty provided your
order has not been shipped already. If your order has been shipped, you
will be subject to a 20% restocking charge and will be credited when the
return shipment is received by us.
If you have just placed an order and we have not processed it yet (Status is New),
you may cancel this order by accessing my account page. Once the order has been
processed all cancellations must be done over the phone. Email cancellation will
not be accepted.
The 20% restocking fee also applies to all orders that were shipped out to the
customer and were refused by the recipient upon the delivery.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If the order placed after 1:00 pm ET, this order will be prosessed only the following day.
If the following day is Saturday then this order will be prosessed on following Monday.
There is a 1 day processing on all orders, including overnight and next day air.
UPS will not delivery to a P.O. Box.
For all international shipping, EyeWearPalace.com will not be responsible for
any customs surcharges or other additional fees the buyer will incur during
receiving of their packages through the customs of their country. Nor will
we issue any credit or refund for any additional shipping charges incurred
in this process.
We will not be responsible for wrong color or model numbers provided by customers for sunclips.
The same policy rules will be applied for returning of these items for credit.
