I just ordered two pairs of frames and lenses from you guys. I
discovered the frames at a local retailer, and then searched the internet to
see what the prices of the frames were online, and found your web site.
The frames I wanted were not listed on your web site - turns out they
are new from the manufacturer (OGI). I called and your customer service
rep, David, was very helpful: he called the manufacturer and confirmed
that he could get the frames.
In that conversation, I learned that I could get the lenses for my
frames from you guys too. That came as news to me - your website does not
promote that lenses are available from you.
I did find the link to your sister site, lenspalace.com - but there
they only sell contacts.
Point is: Selling a complete frame WITH lenses makes for a nice, easy
shopping experience. And, you guys offer it. But your web sit does
NOT promote it, and does not even MENTION that you can provide the lenses
- anywhere!

Although my Alain Mikli glasses arrived two days past the overnight
date that they were supposed to, I am happy to say I am extremely pleased
with them now that I've got them! I called to inquire about where they
were and when they'd be arriving, and whomever answered the phone was
kind and very concerned about getting the glasses to me. The low price
is just shocking, considering that my optometrist was literally going to
charge me twice the price for the same pair of glasses...now that I
know that eyewearpalace.com really does have genuine, beautiful Alain
Mikli's for a fraction of what they would cost anywhere else, I will only
be shopping here in the future. Thank you for my beautiful frames and
for saving my wallet from extensive damage!!!
